Amount


30 grams
9 grams
18 grams
6 grams
9 grams
4 pieces

Preparation:


Decoct the herbs in 4 cups of water down to 2 cups, strain, and add Maltose while warm and stir.

Function:


Warms the Stomach, Stops Pain

Use:


Dull complexion, poor appetite, pale tongue with a white coat and a thin or deficienct pulse.
1. Abdominal spasms and pain that benefit from heat applied.
2. Chronic Gastritis
3. Chronic Colitis
4. Chronic Hepatitis
5. Chronic Nephritis
6. Gastric Reflux, GERD
7. Peptic Ulcer
8. Aplastic Anemia
9. Pernicious Anemia
10. Idiopathic Fever
11. Postpartum Fever

Dose:


The above can be taken over the day. in 2 equal doses

Cautions:


1. Not used in Vomiting
2. Heat from Yin deficiency
3. Not used if there are Worms or Parasites

Modifications:


Honey can replace Maltose if it’s not available.
