6 grams ea.
3 grams

Preparation:


Prepare a standard decoction.
Traditionally powdered, and taken  in a dose of 12 grams with a decoction of fresh Ginger and Jujube (Da Zao).

Function:


Warms the Yang, Strengthens the Spleen, moves the Qi, promotes Urine

Use:


Edema, cold extremities, heavy sensation, loss of appetite, loose stool, thick greasy tongue coating, deep and/or slow pulse.
1. Edema, especially of the lower body
2. Cardiac Edema
3. Chronic Nephritis or Glomerulonephritis
4. Nephrotic Syndrome
5. Congestive Heart failure.
6. Cirrhosis
7. Hypothyroidism
8. Lower Back Pain

Dose:


The above decoction is divided into 3 equal doses to be taken over the course of a day.
