Powder, then grind with the juice of Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), and dry. Then keep for use.

3–5 grams once or twice daily (usually taken first thing in the morning) with Honey (1 teaspoon) and a little Ghee (10 drops). It can also be taken with warm water.
It is usually recommended to take for 2–4 months.
