Function:


Warms the Kidneys and Spleen, Clears Damp, Promotes Urine

Use:


Primarily for Phlegm disease, with pale face, feeling of cold, excess mucus, poor digestion, nausea, low pulse. Useful in a variety of conditions where Cold Phlegm and Damp are obstructing the fluids and congesting the organs.
1. Edema; swelling of the eyelids, face, legs, ankles
2. Swellings (from Cold and Damp)
3. Indigestion
4. Bloating
5. Food Allergies
6. Obesity
7. Cough, Chronic Bronchitis
8. Asthma, Shortness of Breath
9. Recurrent Cold or Flu, or chronic conditions associated with Cold and Flu
10. Sinusitis, Rhinitis
11. Hypothyroidism
12. Thyroid swellings
13. Tumors of the Chest
14. Palpitations
15. Helps relieve Hypoxia and Altitude Sickness at high altitude

Dose:


2–3 grams, twice daily with warm water
