API (Bhaisajya Ratnavali)
The Chalcopyrite, Iron and Mica are prepared as Bhasma and the Shilajit is prepared.
Form a decoction of Arjuna by covering with 4 times their weight of water, soak for 4 hours, then gently boil to one quarter, then strain through muslin cloth.
Powder and mix the other ingredients, then slowly add the decoction and mix to form a paste from which pills are made.
Strengthens and Regulates the Heart
1. Heart disease, Coronary Artery disease
2. Congestive Heart failure
3. Myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle)
4. Palpitation
5. Atrial fibrillation
6. Hypertension

125–250mg taken with water, Arjuna decoction, or Milk.
