A small spoonful taken with white wine during Winter, and water in Summer.
The source text states that it should only be used after adequate purging.

Modifications:


When St. John’s wort, Agaric, Long Birthwort and Centaury are added, and Rue removed, it forms Antidote of Seven Things.
