The source text, Aristotles Masterpiece (The Works of Aristotle), written in 1684, was a book of Midwifery, falsely claiming to be written by Aristotle. It possibly references Aristotle but is certainly not by him. This formula contaions Hiera Picra, which was apparently not known at the time of Aristotle.
