Preparation:


Powder and sieve all the herbs except Bdellium, the crush the Bdellium, mix in the powders and add sufficient Ghee to form a paste from which make pills.

Function:


Clears Phlegm and Damp, Moves the Blood, Resolves Masses

Use:


1. Tumors (soft or hard, moveable or fixed) associated with Phlegm-Damp
2. Scrofula
3. Goiter
4. Hodgkin’s Disease
5. Cancers
6. Uterine Fibroids
7. Polycystic Ovarie Syndrome (PCOS)
8. Endometriosis
9. Adhesions
10. Ulcers
11. Anal Fistula
12. Abscesses, Cysts
13. Hypothyroidism
14. Obesity associated with Phlegm and/or Hypothyroidism

Dose:


500mg–1 gram, three times daily, best taken with Triphala decoction or warm water
For Cancer, use 2 grams, 2–3 times daily
Generally, 4 grams daily is the maximum dose

Cautions:


1. Not used during Pregnancy or Breastfeeding.
2. Yin deficiency
3. Some people may experience mild digestive discomfort or loose stool

Modifications:


1. Tumors and Cancer, add Myrrh and Frankincense
2. Also for Cancer, form Pills with Black Nightshade juice instead of Ghee.
3. Also for Cancer, take with Diamond Bhasma and Gold Bhasma
4. Uterine Fibroids, add Zedoary and Agaric
5. Uterine Fibroids or Polycystic Ovaries, take with Chandraprabha Vati
6. Uterine Fibroids with heavy menstrual bleeding, take with Chandraprabha Vati, Red Coral, Pearl Powder, Red Earth
7. Lymphatic Swellings, take with Punarnavadi Guggulu
8. Also for Lymphatic Swelling, take with Arogyavardhini vati, Zinc Bhasma
9. Lipoma, take with Triphala
10. Polycystic Kidneys, take with Chandraprabha Vati
11. Hypothyroidism, take with Yogaraj Guggulu
12. Also for Hypothyroidism, take with Arogyavardhini vati

Very useful for various lumps, masses, tumors and cancer, but only when associated with Phlegm-Damp. It is not used in these conditions when there is heat or marked deficiency.
