Decoction
Originally, 9 grams each of Astragalus, Cinnamon twig and Peony were ordered, with 18 grams of Ginger and 12 pieces of Jujube. Today, the dose of Astragalus is considerably increased, and the doses of Cinnamon twig and Peony can be slightly increaed, depending on individual circumstances. The number of Jujubes is reduced to 3–5 pieces.

1. Acute Neck and Shoulder Pain
2. Periarthritis of the Shoulders

Preparation:
Decoction
Originally, 9 grams each of Astragalus, Cinnamon twig and Peony were ordered, with 18 grams of Ginger and 12 pieces of Jujube.
