Preparation:


Powder, then Knead with:
1. Water of Citron leaf for Phlegm
2. Oxymel for Bile
3. Black Bile add 5 drams Dodder, knead with waters of Balm and Pennyroyal
4. Rectal pain, Hemorrhoids, knead with Bdellium (
1⁄2 dram per dose)

Function:


Opens Obstructions, purges Phlegm, regulates Qi

Use:


1. Purges Phlegm from the Stomach, Intestines, Brain and Nerves
2. Clears Wind, Carminative
3. Obstructions of the Abdominal organs
4. Poor Appetite from Phlegm
5. Indigestion associated with Obstruction and Excess
6. Clari
fies the Brain
7. Rectal pain, Hemorrhoids
8. delays aging, preserve Health, especially in Phlegmatic natures
9. Can be used to purge any of the Humors, depending on the preparation (see above)
