Clears Heat and Bile, settles Wind

Use:


General symptoms: Bitter taste, yellowing of the eyes, indigestion, pain in the epigastric and umbilical region with rumbling
1. Indigestion
2. Vomiting Bile
3. Diarrhea
4. Gastric and Intestinal pain
5. Abdominal distention
6. Gall Stones
6. Jaundice
7. Wind and Bile disorders of the Heart, Lungs, Liver, Spleen or Kidneys
8. Also ‘Cold Bile’ disorders


Dose:


2–3 grams with hot water

Modifications:



This obtains its name from the Yellow Chebula, which is called Gser mdog. As in the West, the Yellow Chebula is used for all types of Bile disorders.
