Preparation:


Form Pills with Oxymel of Squill

Function:


Clears Phlegm, Settles Wind, stops Convulsions

Use:


1. Epilepsy associated with Wind and Phlegm obstruction
2. Other diseases of the Brain associated with Wind-Phlegm


Dose:


1–2 drams

Cautions:


None noted

Modifications:


1. Storax and/or Calamus can replace Castoreum in this formula.

This is a potent medicine that is well formed. It contains a number of potent medicines to clear Phlegm, along with medicines to calm Wind and settle the Nervous system. The Myrobalans and Peony help strengthen and support Brain function.
