1 ounce ea.

1 handful ea.
2 ounces ea.


Preparation:


Chop the Currants small. Boil in 3 pints down to 2 pints.
The source text said to add Sal Prunella 2 drams; Syrup of the 5 Opening roots 4 ounces, mix.


Function:


Cleanses Heat from the Blood, clears Heat and Toxin, promotes Urine

Use:


Used whenever the blood requires cleansing
1. Acne
2. Abscesses
3. skin diseases
4. Pains of the Joints
5. Heat-type Edema
6. Gravel
7. Cystitis
8. good after Fevers to clear Heat and Toxin from the Blood.


Dose:


6 ounces twice daily
