Powder the herbs and make into a confection with Honey and Ghee
Moistens, nourishes Yin, settles Wind
1. Tonic for Wind constitutions
2. Settles Wind generated by dryness or Yin deficiency
3. Strengthens Qi
4. Aphrodisiac and promotes Intellect
5. especially useful as a tonic for the aged
1 teaspoonful twice daily

1. If there is greater weakness, Withania and Shatavari (Asparagus racemosa) can be added.
2. This is also a good basis to add Bhasma, such as Iron Bhasma in anemia.
