Function:


Clears Cold Bile, opens Obstruction, benefits Stomach

Use:


Stomachache, indigestion, bitter taste, poor appetite, yellowing of eyes, nails and skin
1. Bile diseases
2. ‘Cold Bile’ (Phlegm and Wind)
3. Hepatitis
4. Tumors from Bile and Phlegm
5. Indigestion with poor appetite and nausea
6. Abdominal pain and distention
7. Cold Bile causing white stool and urine thick like oil


Dose:


2–3 grams with hot water

Cautions:


None noted

Modifications:


1. In Mongolia this formula is combined with Pacific 6 for mixed Wind (rLung) and Cold Bile (mkhris) disorders
2. When mixed with Garuda 5 it is used for cold Cholecystitis and Hepatitis.
