Clears Phlegm and Damp, benefits Digestion

Use:


1. All types of Phlegm disorders mixed with Wind or Bile with the following symptoms: anorexia, indigestion, Stomach or Liver discomfort
2. Phlegm/Damp disorders associated with Spleen/Digestive weakness
3. Lymph disorders
4. Stomach tumor
5. Jaundice
5. Skin disorders associated with Phlegm and Bile; Blemishes, Acne, Pustules, Eczema, Itching
6. Weakness of the 7 Body Tissues
7. An important medicine to prepare (cleanse) the body prior to taking Rasayana (tonic medicines).


Dose:


2–3 grams every morning with hot water

Modifications:


1. If there is not much Heat, omit Calcite and replace with Inula (Ma nu), U su (Coriander), and Star bu (Sea Buckthorn).
