Uses:


1. Benefits the Kidneys, Astringes:
-Spermatorrhea
-increases Sperm; Sexual Debility
-frequent Urination
-Diarrhea, Dysentery
-Seed is used (Unani)

2. Clears Heat, Stops Bleeding:
-excess Menstruation, Uterine Bleeding
-Bleeding Piles

3. Externally:
-gargle for sore throat and mouth ulcers
-topically for Wounds
-externally or in douches for Leukorrhea


Dose:


Seed is taken with Milk to nourish Sperm.
Powder of the Seed or Flower: 3–5 grams
Seed in Decoction: 5–15 grams
